Day 2 - Berlin/Prague

Today we woke up early (lol 9:30am), packed our stuff, and left our hostel, after a hearty breakfast of eggs, sausages and toast. We took a brief train ride to Berlin HBF., and dumped our bags, after which we ordered the latest possible train, which was at 19:00.
Then we began our private tour around Berlin.
We visited a large variety of various interesting sites. The highlights of our trip were the Berlin Cathedral , and the Berlin Wall. The Cathedral was a fascinating example of 16th century Germany history, a small part of it called Brandenburg. We spent 2 hours in the cathedral, listening to the audio-guide, and then departed. The Berlin wall was as of itself quite unremarkable, but to me and Nicolas, who had a good understanding of the events of the 20th century European history, the symbolism was quite apparent. I got 4 stamps in my passport, one for each occupied sector of Berlin. At last, I properly tried Starbucks. I had tasted it twice at the DK airport, but it had been crap. After that we went to the train station, bought some food, and hopped onto the train.
Me and Nicolas had a utopian dream of sitting in a coupe with some super hot girls. However, our dream was not to come true: we ended up sitting with an elderly couple, travelling home, to Bratislava. They were friendly enough, but the typical cliché of an elderly couple, with the accompanying home made food, tea thermos, etc. Fate, as if to tease us, put a coupe with a few attractive girls to each side of ours. Personally, I felt tremendously tempted to change seat, but Nico didn’t want to, so I decided to stay.
